These terms apply to all bookings, services and memberships at Serenity Beaute. Please read them before you buy a membership or make a booking.
Strictly no refunds
- All memberships and packages, including lash, lash lift and eyebrow memberships, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. This applies to unused sessions and to any change of mind.
- All services are also non-refundable once performed.
- Membership and first-trial pricing are offered on this basis. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Late arrival
- If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your booked time, the salon has the right not to serve you.
- For members, one session will be deducted from your membership when this happens.
Chinese New Year
- Memberships cannot be used from 14 days before the first day of Chinese New Year until the last day of the Chinese New Year public holidays.
- For Chinese New Year 2027 (6 and 7 February), memberships cannot be used from 23 January 2027 to 7 February 2027, both dates inclusive.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, any deposit is forfeited. For members, one session will be deducted from your membership.
Your legal rights
- Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.
