- Lash isolation — your bottom lashes are taped down with hypoallergenic medical pads.
- Application — 90 to 150 minutes of hand-placed work, one lash at a time.
- Aftercare brief — we walk you through the five aftercare rules and your touch-up schedule.
- Departure — you leave with full lashes, an aftercare card, and a reminder to book your touch-up in 2 to 3 weeks.
