Every embroidery appointment at Serenity Beaute begins with a no-rush brow design consultation. We map the proportions of your face — the position of your eyes, the height of your forehead, the angle of your jawline — and design a brow shape that flatters your specific bone structure.
Only once you've approved the shape in pencil does any pigment touch your skin. Numbing is applied, double-checked at the midpoint, and topped up on request. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild scratch — not painful.

- 30-minute brow design — face-mapping, shape approval, colour selection.
- Numbing — topical anaesthetic for 20 minutes, refreshed mid-procedure.
- Embroidery — 60 to 90 minutes of precise artistry.
- Healing brief — we walk you through the 30-day aftercare and provide healing ointment.
- Touch-up appointment — booked 4 to 6 weeks later, complimentary, to perfect the final shape.
