The most common WhatsApp message we get goes something like this: “Hi, how much for eyebrow embroidery?” And the most honest answer is: it depends on five things, and any salon that quotes you a single flat price upfront is either over-charging the simple work or under-delivering the complex work.

Here's the honest 2026 Singapore pricing guide — the one we wish every first-time client read before walking into any eyebrow embroidery Singapore studio.

The five things that drive eyebrow embroidery cost

  1. Technique: Natural 3D, Misty, Oxygen, 6D and 9D all have different complexity, time and longevity.
  2. Touch-up included? Most premium studios include the 4–6 week touch-up in the trial price. Budget studios charge separately ($80–$200).
  3. Artist tier: A 7-year master artist charges 2–3x what a 2-year apprentice charges. Worth it.
  4. Materials: KC-certified Korean pigments vs unbranded studio pigments. Same colour day one. Very different colour year three.
  5. Studio overhead: Mall studios pay $15,000+ rent. Boutique studios pay less. The pricing difference flows through.

What “first trial” actually means

Singapore salons advertise a “first trial” or “promotional” price to attract new clients. Almost always this is 40–60% off the regular price. Three things to check:

  • Is the touch-up included? A $188 trial that includes the 4-week touch-up is genuinely better than a $150 trial that adds $150 for the touch-up.
  • Is there a minimum return commitment? Some studios require you to book a paid refresh within 6 months to honour the trial price.
  • Are touch-ups at the same artist? A trial done by a master, touched up by an apprentice, is a common bait-and-switch in Singapore. Confirm artist continuity in writing.

At Serenity Beaute, every trial includes the complimentary 4–6 week touch-up with the same artist, no return commitment.

What you should NOT pay extra for

  • Consultation: Every reputable Singapore studio gives the initial face-mapping consultation complimentary. If you're being charged, walk out.
  • Numbing cream: Topical anaesthetic is included in every embroidery procedure. Charging $30–50 separately is a markup tactic.
  • Aftercare ointment: The healing ointment for the first 7 days should be provided with the appointment. Some studios charge $20–40 separately.
  • Photos or social-media exposure: A studio asking you to pay for your own before/after photos is unprofessional.

When you SHOULD pay more

  • Pigment correction of old microblading or tattoo work — this genuinely adds 30–60 minutes of artist time. Expect SGD 100–300 extra.
  • Sensitive-skin formulation — if you react to standard pigments, hypoallergenic alternatives cost more.
  • Bridal scheduling — express healing protocols, evening appointments, on-site touch-ups before a wedding may warrant a 10–25% premium.
  • Renowned artists with long waitlists — this is the legitimate “master tier” premium.

How long should the result last for the price you paid?

A reasonable retention threshold per technique:

  • SGD 180–250 (Natural 3D / Misty trial) → expect 12–18 months
  • SGD 280–450 (Oxygen / 6D / lower-end 9D) → expect 18–24 months
  • SGD 450–1,000+ (premium 9D Signature) → expect 24–36 months

If you paid 9D pricing and the work fades in 14 months, that's under-delivered. If you paid Natural 3D and it lasts 2 years, that's a bonus.

The total cost of ownership over 5 years

Most Singapore salons quote you the single appointment price. The honest number is the 5-year total — initial + annual refresh.

  • Natural 3D path: $188 initial + 3 refresh touch-ups at $113 each = SGD 527 over 5 years
  • Misty path: $228 initial + 2 refreshes at $137 each = SGD 502 over 5 years
  • 9D path: $488 initial + 1 refresh at $293 = SGD 781 over 5 years

For context, a daily brow pencil + powder + monthly shaping costs roughly SGD 30–50/month, or SGD 1,800–3,000 over 5 years with significantly more daily effort. Even premium embroidery wins on total cost of ownership versus daily makeup.

How to budget your first embroidery appointment

For a normal-skin first-time client at a premium Singapore studio, budget approximately:

  • SGD 200 for entry-level Natural 3D
  • SGD 250 for Misty
  • SGD 400 for 6D Signature
  • SGD 500 for 9D flagship

Include first-trial discount (often 30–50% off) and expect the complimentary touch-up included. At Serenity Beaute we hold our trial pricing 40–60% off regular for this exact reason.

Book a free face-mapping consultation

Every Serenity Beaute first-time client gets a 30-minute face-mapping consultation before any pigment touches your skin. We'll recommend the right technique honestly — sometimes that means recommending you start with brow lamination instead of jumping to 9D. Walking out without an appointment is fine too.
